Hello, I am getting ready to start my 24 day challenge on Monday January 14th, going to enter the transformation contest that goes along with the challenge that is being sponsored by Advocare, awesome products..
I have all my products, have the herbal cleanse awesome and gentle, my omega plex to move the fat out of my body.. my favorite Spark energy drink which gives me focus , energy with vitamins , amino acids and sugar free.. My breakfast shakes.. then after the 10 days i have spark and MNS 3 the best vitamin pack.. I will be writing on this post daily to let you know my results and be adding to it .. so come back and check out my progress.. Good Monday Morning, so today I got up at 5am, drank my fiber drink , took my omaga's and drank my spark , did my 24 min melt work out with my new advocare work out series can you 24? awsome start to my week. Time to get ready for work eat healthy and have a great day; staytuned to my 24 day challenge updates and my results at the end of the 24 days while I transform my body and live a healthier lifestyle.
Meals so far today 2 hard boiled eggs , hot green tea with splenda, multigrain crackers, 2pieces of chicken breast baked with broccoli and califlower, chicken salad with lettace and tomato with sundried tomato vinergrete.
Took my two omega's with my 3 fiber
pills.

I was up at 5am did my fiber drink, omega's and spark did my 24min core work out. Then shower and work. Food today eggs, hard boiled water, chicken salad brown rice chips, salad with sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing. Took my pills from my cleanse and 2 omegas.
Day 3 up drank my fiber drink, took my omegas and drank my spark. Ate cereal with almond milk and did my workout sculpt routine. Got ready for work.. Feeling good working out in am. Ate my meals and took my fiber pill and omega before bed. Went to church tonight it has been a busy day and i dont feel tired.
Here we are at day 4, got up today started on my proboitic restore this morning with my omega, no fiber drink until day 8. Replacement meal shake today ; didnt have time to work out this morning going to do core training and some yoga this evening when i get home. I need to become more flexible then i'm feeling. Stay tuned for more updates.
Okay so I got busy with life; I have completed days 5-9 on the cleanse and working out saturday morning added 1.5 mile walk to my first week boy was i feeling it.. I have worked out last couple of days and still feeling sore. This showes how out of shape Iam and think I need new walking shoes. Iam currently on day 10 of the cleanse thursday i start my vitamins continue with spark add in meal replacment shakes. Stay tuned 14 days to go..
